Amador County Assessor's Annual Report
Jim Rooney, Amador County Assessor, provided his annual update, giving the board an overview of current property valuations, assessment trends, and key developments in property tax data across the county.
From the Agenda
ACUSD:
- Roslynne Manansala-Smith & Carolynne Beno from the Fiscal Crisis and Management Assistance Team (FCMAT) presented a Fiscal Health Risk Analysis (FHRA) report to the board.
- The board approved the purchase of new Food Service equipment.
- The board approved the 2025-26 salary schedules.
- The board approved Resolution ACUSD 2025/26 - 01 Temporary Inter-fund Transfer.
- The board approved the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Pacific Oaks Education Corporation.
- The board approved the MOU with California State University East Bay.
- The board approved the MOU with University of Phoenix.
- The board continued deliberation on possible grade configuration models aligned with the May 2022 consolidation plan.
- The board held a first reading for several board policy updates from June 2025. These will return for approval at the August 6 board meeting.
ACOE:
