Bonus Details:

• Available to new hires only
• Paid out over four years
• Credentials required based on position
• Prorated if an employee leaves before the five-year period ends
• Effective July 1, 2026, there will be an additional $30,000 SLP stipend

Incentive Structure:

1. $10,000 will be paid in the first year of employment (2026-2027 school year)
2. $10,000 will be paid in the second year of employment (2027-2028 school year)
3. $10,000 will be paid in the third year of employment (2028-2029 school year)
4. $10,000 will be paid in the fourth year of employment (2029-2030 school year)
