Bonus Details:

• Available to new hires only
• Paid out over five years
• Credentials required based on position
• Prorated if an employee leaves before the five-year period ends

Incentive Structure:

1. $3,000 will be paid upon successful completion of the hiring process and commencement of employment for the 2025-2026 school year.
2. $6,000 will be paid in the second year of employment (2026-2027 school year).
3. $8,000 will be paid in the third year of employment (2027-2028 school year).
4. $10,500 will be paid in the fourth year of employment (2028-2029 school year).
5. $12,500 will be paid in the fifth year of employment (2029-2030 school year).
