Bonus Details:
- Available to new hires only
- Paid out over five years
- Credentials required based on position
- Prorated if an employee leaves before the five-year period ends
Incentive Structure:
- $3,000 will be paid upon successful completion of the hiring process and commencement of employment for the 2025-2026 school year.
- $6,000 will be paid in the second year of employment (2026-2027 school year).
- $8,000 will be paid in the third year of employment (2027-2028 school year).
- $10,500 will be paid in the fourth year of employment (2028-2029 school year).
- $12,500 will be paid in the fifth year of employment (2029-2030 school year).
