Getting Started with the EZ Arrival Parent App

 

EZ Arrival is a free mobile app that families can use to stay connected with their student’s school bus. Open the app to see where the bus is on its route, when it’s getting close, and any updates from the transportation team. It’s free to download, easy to set up, and available in multiple languages so families can use it in the language they’re most comfortable with. Already set up with 

Moving to EZ Arrival from EZ A2B or BusQuest? No account setup is needed – just download the EZ Arrival app and use your previous login information.

 

 

Track Your Student’s Bus with EZ Arrival

  1. To begin, download the app:
  1. Sign in:
  • New to the app? Follow the sign-up steps right inside EZ Arrival to create your account.
  • Already have a bus tracking account with your district? Use that same username and password to sign in.
  • Forgot your password? Tap “Reset Password” on the sign-in screen and follow the prompts.
  • Compatible with iOS 15.5 or newer and Android 5.0 or newer.
  1. You’re all set!
  • Students: see student information, attendance, and bus schedule
  • Bus Tracker: see a live map of the bus and arrival details
  • Notifications: alerts from the transportation team
  • My account: view your profile and preferences
